The tenth abstract art silk scarf …
As always, there’s a story behind the artwork and the scarf. When working on the original painting, I found myself transported back to India and to Ajanta, where I visited the stunning Buddhist, Hindu and Jain caves.
Pathways are integral to my work. This year Breathing Space – the installation that brings the forest into the gallery has been exhibited twice, and each time I have watched as Spectators have navigated around and within the space – defining their own pathways.
So it seems right to release this scarf into the world right now.
Pathways Silk Scarf is digitally printed onto crepe de chine silk, measures 34 x 200cm and is in an edition of 50. Each scarf comes with an original painting titled ‘Stepping Stone’. £160. Made in England. Buy here.
